How to bake a crostata?
Ingredients :
300g of flour
150g of sugar
150g of butter
1 lemon
2eggs
marmellate (jam)
Procedure :
- Weight 300g of flour, 150g of sugar, 150g of butter
- Pour it into a big bowl
- Add 1 full egg and 1 yellow yoke into the bowl
- Stirr them all together untill a big lump is formed
- Scrap off the skin of the lemon into the bowl
- Leave it in the fridge for 30 mins
- Add jam and lemon into another bowl
- Roll the big lump of flour for the base and the borders
- Put the base and the borders into a container
- Pour the jam+lemon into the container
- Leave it in the oven for 30 min with the max temp.
Then, it is all set to be eaten..
Im not really sure how it would turn out to be..
but mine was great when i did it in italy=))
i did it during my farewell party there in italy!
