After all the sickness over; my darn flu + cough....i finally unpacked my stuffs from Italy..and decorated it in my room..=)

Happy Valentine Day,lovebirdsss!!

For those lovebirds out there, today is the day where you will be in your cloud9 with your loves one..and as for me, as usual..with no dates,my Valentine would be celebrated wif my dear single fwens..=)

Earlier in the afternoon, i celebrated my Valentine with Liki and our old fwens,the CHS-esat Chin Ming hse..i drove all the way there..geezz,im so proud! =pp haha..

And maannn..i haf so long didnt see all of you guyss! You all er..grow alot taller!! haha..

ps to CM: ur manual driving suckss wei..im so sket u 'koyak' my carr=ss!

After the gathering there, i went back home early and rush to Pavillion to meet with KarYee and others..but when i get there, all i saw was KY and er..Kelvin=s..yesss, im so sowii..i was super late. When i get there..i was alredy late for a movie..went in half way of the show=x..then i realise, Satya and Anthony was there earlier..sigh, couldnt see them ='(!

After the movie, somehow v were rushing to go to Bangsar..to meet up wif KZ and her new love, Amanda..etc! haha...i just get to know dat KZ is coupling!!

On the way to Bangsar, we get lost..and Calvin's driving are er..i duno how to say..btw, not complaining=))
lolx..funny thing happen was both me and Calvin goto go to the toilet badly coz of his bad drving..and we just simply enter a fancy cafe to go to their toilet..=s wasssss sooo embaressing!

We went to D'Heaven..KZ and her San-J, Amanda and Marcus Chia was there. Then, meet wif Christine and her cousins...=) happy to bump into her! lolx..

When time to go home,i had transport problem and i need Kelvin to fetch me home..and thank u soooo much for the ride home!! i wunt complain ur drivng skillXD haha...really!

How to bake a crostata..=)

How to bake a crostata?

Ingredients :

300g of flour

150g of sugar

150g of butter

1 lemon

2eggs

marmellate (jam)

Procedure :

1. Weight 300g of flour, 150g of sugar, 150g of butter
2. Pour it into a big bowl
3. Add 1 full egg and 1 yellow yoke into the bowl
4. Stirr them all together untill a big lump is formed
5. Scrap off the skin of the lemon into the bowl
6. Leave it in the fridge for 30 mins
7. Add jam and lemon into another bowl
8. Roll the big lump of flour for the base and the borders
9. Put the base and the borders into a container
10. Pour the jam+lemon into the container
11. Leave it in the oven for 30 min with the max temp.

Then, it is all set to be eaten..

Im not really sure how it would turn out to be..

but mine was great when i did it in italy=))

i did it during my farewell party there in italy!
