How to bake a crostata..=)

How to bake a crostata?

Ingredients :

300g of flour

150g of sugar

150g of butter

1 lemon

2eggs

marmellate (jam)

Procedure :

1. Weight 300g of flour, 150g of sugar, 150g of butter
2. Pour it into a big bowl
3. Add 1 full egg and 1 yellow yoke into the bowl
4. Stirr them all together untill a big lump is formed
5. Scrap off the skin of the lemon into the bowl
6. Leave it in the fridge for 30 mins
7. Add jam and lemon into another bowl
8. Roll the big lump of flour for the base and the borders
9. Put the base and the borders into a container
10. Pour the jam+lemon into the container
11. Leave it in the oven for 30 min with the max temp.

Then, it is all set to be eaten..

Im not really sure how it would turn out to be..

but mine was great when i did it in italy=))

i did it during my farewell party there in italy!

This is the 1st ever year that we cant celebrate our birthday together..is has been like a traditional that we celebrate it together wif our fwens..but i guess, is a part of life dat 1 day, v haf to go our own way..
and now we are in different part of the world..i'm half way across the globe,here in italy and u in msia..
